Right, if you are one of those people who constantly search for  hair care products, that has no junk, no chemicals, no SLS, no Parabens, no Mineral Oils etc. yet does make your hair look and feel great, you will definitely find this article interesting.

I am not an ambassador or neither was I paid to wire this article by this particular brand, I am just the woman who used this product  now for several month and genuinely impressed with it. So, I decided to share my true opinion.

Now, everyone in my family ( me, my husband and 2 children, age 7 and 12, ) is using it.

Lets start.

Healthy, Strong and shiny – attributes of perfect hair. To get perfect hair, you need to follow perfect hair solutions and practice healthy hair care tips & habits.

1. How often to shampoo. Daily washing your hair while you are taking showers or baths strips your hair of its natural oils. The best habit is to shampoo and condition your hair two to three times a week or at the most every alternate day.  If you wash your hair too often, it dries it out. I know, you probably would say, what is I work out everyday … I work out 3-4 times a week, however I try to wash my hair twice a week only. The rest of the day I improvise with my hair style ). And, the shampoo I use, has such an incredible smell it lasts till next wash anyway. The one I use is :

Oblepikha Maximum Volume Shampoo for All Hair Types

This one will give your hair maximum volume, shine and thickness, and protects it from heat exposure during hot styling. Revives and lifts hair from the very roots without weighing it down. Vitamins and amino-acids in the formula nourish and repair hair, Altai sea-buckthorn oil, Moroccan argan oil and organic oil of white Siberian flaxseeds help generate keratin, which makes hair strong and shiny. Viburnum and Daurian rose retain moisture deep in hair structure. After using the shampoo hair looks thicker, shinier and definitely more voluminous. 0% SLS 0% SLES 0% Mineral oils 0% PEG0% Parabens 0% Glycols.

I love this one a lot, suits my their type, smells amazing and I do not need any conditioner after it. However, once in 2 weeks I would use conditioner as a treatment. I apply Natura Siberica Professional Oblepikha Conditioner on the ends and massage it through, leave it for couple of minutes and that’s it.

2.Deep Conditioning Treatment. Give a deep hair conditioning treatment to your hair once a week.  You can use natural deep conditioning treatments, like olive oil, argon oil, avocado oil or coconut oil.
Siberica range has an amazing treatment mask. If you hair is damaged from heat, sun exposure, too much colouring etc, I would definitely recommend this mask – Oblepikha Mask for Damaged Hair. Every time I come from holiday, where sun discolours my hair I use this one.
Oblepikha Siberica mask repairs the structure of severely damaged hair and protects it from heat exposure during hot styling. Perfect for unruly, dyed or highlighted hair. Penetrating into each hair, the mask fills it with essential moisture and nutrients, bringing back health and beauty. Vitamins and amino-acids in the formula nourish and repair hair, oils of Altai sea-buckthorn and Moroccan argan help produce keratin, which gives hair shine and strength. Oils of pine nuts and macadamia retain moisture deep in hair structure. Keratin seals hair surface with a protective layer, repairing damaged areas and smoothing hair out, and rendering it shiny and neat in appearance. After using the mask, hair becomes visibly more bouncy and tame.

3. Leave-in conditioner. Get into the habit of using a leave-in conditioner at least once a week. These types of conditioners penetrate deep into your hair cuticles and help in healing them completely. I used to use Moroccan oil and Argan oil before. I loved it , however it could wear your hair a  down bit, not good for bounce and volume lovers like me.
So ,I decided to give Natura Siberica Professional Oblepikha Conditioning Spray Leave-in a go. Love the smell, love how light it is and hair does not get greasy at all. Nourishes hair and fills it with essential moisture, protects from heat exposure during hot styling whilst repairing damage in hair structure. Makes hair healthy and smooth. Makes brushing easier. Vitamins and amino-acids in the spray formula nourish and repair hair, Altai sea-buckthorn oil, Moroccan argan oil and oil of white Siberian flaxseed help produce keratin, which makes hair strong and shiny. Silk proteins seal hair surface with a protective layer hydrating and repairing it in the places of damage.

4. Scalp scrub. Yes, you read it correctly –  Scrub for your hair. A unique product that can help combat hair loss and flaky scalp whilst deeply nourishing the hair.
Oblepikha Scalp Scrub – a unique treatment for taking care of your scalp. Intensive triple-action scrub deeply purifies the scalp and prevents hair loss by increasing blood flow to hair follicles. Balances sebum production and prevents dandruff. Vitamins and amino-acids in the formula nourish and repair hair while Altai sea-buckthorn and amaranth oils help produce keratin, which gives hair strength and shine. Marigold, wild Siberian mint and wood sorrow revitalize scalp and nourish hair roots.
Since I bought it 2 weeks a go in my favourite Health Shop in Chester ( Niki– shop owner is amazing, and always stock her store with latest, healthiest beauty/ health products out there), I used it once a week, every time massaging in to my scalp and leaving it for 3 minutes. Hair feels cleaner, revitalised and  I only need to shampoo my hair once after in. Love it!

I also love rinsing my hair with cold water, it add shine and strength to the hair.

Remember, best is drying out your hair naturally. Avoid heat styling to have perfect shiny hair. Avoid wringing your hair with a towel after washing your hair, as it can cause breaking of your hair. Just pat your hair dry with a towel to take away extra moisture.Holding your hair dryer at a distance from your hair, so as not to expose your hair to direct heating will prevent your hair from damage.

Do not over-process your hair. Firstly, avoid too often application of styling products to your hair. If it is necessary to apply them, then apply them to hair strands only and not to your scalp.  Applying styling products to your scalp would leave your hair dried out.

Eat well to keep your hair strong and lustrous. To get great hair, you need to eat a balanced healthy diet, including:

  1. Essential fatty acids, especially omega-3 fatty acids to make everything stronger including your hair, nails and skin.
  2. Nuts, like walnuts and almonds.
  3.  Proteins, such as fish, chicken, eggs or soy.
  4. Vitamins B-6, B-12 and folic acid. You can take a daily multi-vitamin in order to make your hair strong and healthy. Include in your diet following foods:
  5.  For vitamin B-6: Bananas, potatoes and spinach.
  6.   Vitamin B-12: Meat, poultry and dairy products.
  7.    Folic Acid: Citrus fruits, tomatoes, beans, lentils and whole grain
