Dress code: smart (but reeaallly comfortable) styles that’ll
out-dazzle even the most decorated of Christmas trees.
I absolutely adore Christmas parties. What could be better ,than getting dressed up in your favourite, most sparkly dress ?! Not much, but I can certainly say, dressing my children up and having some dress up party, choosing the outfit – that probably is the one of the most precious things I do with my children.
Children make Christmas time even more special and more magical.
My daughter absolutely loves dresses, yet sometimes she prefers edgy style.
My son likes smart clothes. He is very steady and, I suppose, loves older brother role.
I found some amazing styles I would like to share with you .
Let me know what you think and even send me some interesting links to share.
Some ideas for my 6 years old girl
1.Pretty Check Dress
I love this pretty party dress in one of my favourite patterns. It has a velvet trim that’s perfect for celebrations, while the playful fit-and-flare shape sits just above the knee. Pair with your favourite tights and you’re ready for fun.
2.5 Pack Socks
These socks will knock your old ones right off. With playful prints and sparkly details, they’re perfect for brightening up gloomy days (and nights). They’re cotton-rich too, so your toes will be nice and cosy.
Leather lining, glittery zip pulls and stitched detailing – these boots are seriously sharp. You’ll want to wear them everywhere from school to the supermarket, so it’s a good job that they’re comfortable too. Slip on with your best pair of jeans and you’ll have your new favourite oh-so-easy outfit.
And they make this whole outfit very comfy and effortless.
1.Festive Animal T-shirt
Classic cotton tees are soft, cosy and easy to throw in the wash. And they’re packed full of playful details including pompoms, velour appliqué, felt logos and sparkly thread. Tuck into your favourite jeans or layer under a snuggly cardigan when there’s a nip in the air.
2.Cosy Twirly Skirt
How can a skirt make you dizzy? By making you want to twirl, that’s how. Its brightly coloured elasticated waistband matches the contrasting lining, which helps the skirt keep its flared shape while you’re spinning around.
3.Lace Stitch Tights
Sprinkle some fairy dust over your outfit with our lacy tights. And if you fancy an extra touch of sparkle (and who wouldn’t?), pick one of our shimmery styles. Perfect for parties and special occasions, these look great with frilly dresses and pretty party shoes.
4.Glitter Suede Boots
Glitter makes everything better – even those chilly days. Made from 100% cow suede with a soft and fuzzy lining, these boots will make sure your feet stay warm and snug. A side zip makes them easy-peasy to pull off, even if the sparkly detailing means you won’t want to.
I love these Appliqué High Tops. My daughter loves them and they finish almost every outfit ( for more lay back style), 100 % cow suede makes them extremely comfortable and soft.
Your little girl will shine brighter than a star in our gorgeous dress. Made from stretchy velvet, it’s the perfect thing for special occasions – or when you just want to add a touch of magic to the everyday. Its skirt is covered in a whole galaxy of stars, so get ready to sparkle.
Practice your twirling in our fun two-layered dress. It’s as comfortable as your favourite blanket, except the cool print makes it a whole lot prettier. Go intergalactic with rockets, or fly sky-high with a beautiful bird design.
For my boy, I have chosen these outfits, for smart casual style.
Every little gentleman needs a smart blazer for important parties. Our single-breasted jacket has classic straight pocket flaps and a fun penguin lining. The soft moleskin design is made entirely of rich cotton. Team with the matching trousers for a truly dapper look.
Classic, smart and casual – it’s not often you find such a great all-rounder. This shirt is made from lightweight cotton with classic British colours and grown-up checks that were hand-picked by Johnnie himself. Button it up when grandma visits, then wear it loose when playtime comes around.
We all like to look suave for special occasions and with our 100% cotton trousers, you’ll be the smartest of them all. Take a peek inside and you’ll discover the fun penguin print waistband. Add a shirt or a blazer to be ready for all sorts of fancy events.
The search is over – your feet have a new best pal. These feature brogue detailing and come with a choice of two laces: one pair to match the shade of the shoes and a second to add a splash of contrast colour. Or as we like to call them, the ‘family gathering’ and ‘party with friends’ options.
Go seriously space age with these glow-in-the-dark trainers. They’re tough enough for all of your otherworldly adventures and comfortable enough to wear on any planet – including Mars. Just make sure your neon laces are tied up before you face the aliens (or switch to the extra glow-in-the-dark pair that comes with them).
Dad looks pretty cosy in his colourblock cable-knit jumper, doesn’t he? Well, now you can too. The cosy fabric means cold days don’t stand a chance.

A brave explorer like you needs the boots to match. Luckily, this rugged leather pair is tough enough to keep up with all your adventures. And the touch-and-close fastening makes them easy to pull them on, so you won’t waste time before you begin your expedition.
All sorts of strange things happen after dark: owls start hooting, hedgehogs come out to play and cosy long johns magically light up the night. With these fun glow-in-the-dark designs made from supersoft cotton, space cadets will snooze happily while they dream of their next mission.
